Managing Partner & Statutory Director
Robert Bradman qualified in Scotland as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and joined Wilder Coe in 2004 after having spent four years in New York working for a firm of Certified Public Accountants.
Robert was appointed an Audit Partner in 2010 and headed up our Accounting Support department between 2014 and 2026. Robert stepped into the role of Joint Managing Partner of Wilder Coe, alongside Bee-Lean Chew, in 2023.
Robert provides both advisory and compliance services to his corporate clients, working closely with them on a range of areas including advising on business structure and providing financial analysis. Robert Bradman provides audit, accountancy and corporate tax compliance services to his clients, ensuring they comply with their statutory and legal obligations.

Partner, Head of Accounting Support
Faye began her career in January 2008 as a Senior Accountant, developing a strong foundation in accounting and professional services. In 2012, she transitioned into project management, leading the firm through a major migration from Sage50 to Xero. She later served as Accounting Support Manager for six years, managing a large client portfolio and delivering bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts services.
In 2019, Faye became Head of Cloud Accounting. She oversees the firm’s cloud accounting software, supports client onboarding within the Accounting Support team in Stevenage, and delivers training and system support across the firm. Her expertise includes accounting automation, cloud advisory, app integrations, business efficiency improvements, project management, and group accounting.

Graham provides clients with a thorough, reliable and efficient service, taking the time to fully understand each business and tailor his approach to their needs. His portfolio includes UK companies as well as UK subsidiaries of overseas groups, giving him strong insight into UK accounting and regulatory requirements.
Before joining Wilder Coe in 2005, Graham gained valuable experience in public practice, developing a broad understanding of general taxation, financial accounts and audit. Based in our Stevenage office, he continues to support clients with clear guidance and well-structured financial reporting.

Payroll Supervisor
Jessica Wright joined Wilder Coe Ltd in June 2016 as Payroll Administrator and was then promoted to Payroll Supervisor in January 2023. She is based in our Stevenage office.
She is a highly skilled and dedicated Payroll Supervisor with many years of comprehensive experience in overseeing payroll operations across different sectors.
Jessica is very good at ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processes, while working closely with the Payroll Manager to streamline procedures, improve systems, and maintain timely and accurate payroll processing.
With her experience in managing various payroll sizes, implementing new software, and guiding clients through complex processes like RTI (Real Time Information) and pension Auto Enrolment, she’s not only technically proficient but also someone who can navigate the challenges that come with constant regulatory changes.


Accounting Support Supervisor
Lorelei Henley is a CIMA-qualified accountant (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) with nearly 30 years of experience in finance.
Lorelei's day-to-day work involves overseeing bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts preparation for a diverse range of clients across various sectors and sizes. She has worked for the Accounting Support team in Stevenage for nearly 10 years.
